My Journey

I am a passionate individual with a strong background in computer science. My journey began at the University of Florida where I honed my technical skills and gained a solid foundation in programming and software development. I was taught how to code in Python, Java, C++, and JavaScript. With a keen interest in emerging technologies, I constantly strive to expand my knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.

I am pursuing a career in Data Analytics. I am currently studying Google Certificates to hone my knowledge in skills with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.

I am interested in data visualization, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and reporting and insights. Through my personal website, I aim to share my experiences, insights, and projects with a wider audience. I believe that technology has the power to transform lives and I am excited to be a part of this ever-evolving field.

My own personal interests revolve around console mainstream gaming, traveling as I have been to over 65 countries, health and fitness, and utilizing social media to connect people around the world.

I am a first-gen Cuban-Jamaican American Computer Science student at the University of Florida interested in Artificial Intelligence. My ambition, my adaptability, and my devotion to learn everyday are my biggest strengths. My ultimate life goal is to help in developing underdeveloped communities by introducing the key concepts of technology into their systems because I strongly believe that technology is one essential tool that provides the greatest stride toward progress.

“Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. It matters that you don't just give up.” ― Stephen Hawking
